This page is to complete an athlete application to join our January 2027 camp to Panorama in Canada.
Key Details:
- As required – Shuttle transfers from Calgary Airport to Panorama operate at 2pm and 6pm daily. Travel & Co can include include this in your travel package as required.
- Sat 2nd – Sun 3rd January 2027 – Coach transfer from Calgary Airport to Panorama Mountain Resort
- Mon 4th – Fri 22nd January 2027 – 19 full days at Panorama Mountain Resort (18 days of training + 1 rest day)
- Sat 23rd January 2027 – Coach transfer from Panorama Mountain Resort to Calgary Airport
IMPORTANT:
- Athlete Eligibility – We expect this camp to be fully booked, therefore we are initially only considering athlete applications from athletes who meet the below criteria. If your athlete does not meet the below criteria, we strongly encourage you to still apply and we can discuss further how the camp is shaping up and the likelihood of athlete spaces being available.
- Current NST registered athletes, or
- Have previously attended an NST Panorama camp, or
- Have previously attended Whistler Cup
- This camp is genuinely an athlete training camp. Therefore, athlete applications may be declined for reasons such as:
- Athletes not being able to attend the full duration of the camp
- Athletes not being of a suitable skill/ability level
- Athletes being at a skill/ability level whereby the group already has a full complement of athletes
Application/Booking Process:
- Please complete the athlete application form included on this page and complete the checkout process
- NST will review your application and respond within 24 hours
- On approval, NST will forward your details to Travel & Co who will make contact with you to prepare a detailed quote for your trip (NST have visibility of bookings made with Travel & Co)
- Athlete coaching invoices will be issued by NST on 1st October 2026
Accommodation & Lift Pass Packages
We have partnered with Travel & Co as our travel agency partners who have arranged our land packages with the team at Panorama Mountain Resort. We have an assortment of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos reserved for us at super-earlybird rates
The below indicative package prices include accommodation, 18-day Panorama Lift Passes and return airport transfers from Calgary airport to Panorama Resort for the specified dates and number of people. Once we put you in contact with the team at Travel & Co, they will formulate for you a quote based on your exact requirements
A small caveat here being that accommodation and lift passes packages must be purchased through our agency (a requirement put forward to us by Panorama Mountain Resort). You are welcome to arrange your own flights and pre/post camp travel arrangements, or Travel & Co can assist you with booking the entire package!

Coaching Overview & Fees
- The camp will include 18 days of coaching across the 19 full days that we are at Panorama Mountain Resort, with one rest day in-between
- The first day of coaching will be Monday 4th January, with the final day of coaching being Friday 22nd January
- Coaching will include GS and/or SL lane training most days. A detailed training plan will be published in the week prior to the camp commencing based on Panorama’s snow and operational conditions. The training plan will likely encompass 2 x GS training blocks and 2 x SL training blocks, each black lasting approximately 4 x days.
- Camp will include use of video analysis and wireless timing system
- Coaches for the camp will include Adrian, Justin & Duane
- Coaching Fee = $170/day per athlete
Chaperone Option
- Approximately $200.00 per night (to be confirmed)
- Includes ground transport, accommodation, meals and lift passes
- Excludes: coaching fees, flights, insurance, and spending money
- Strictly limited spaces available for 3 athletes only.
